Miley Cyrus has advised pal Justin Bieber, who was recently arrested for a DUI and driving with an expired license, to pay people to make sure he doesn`t get into trouble.
The controversial singer made the suggestion to the `Boyfriend` hit maker on `The Tonight Show With Jay Leno` when the host asked her if she had anything to add to the troubled star`s legal troubles.
The `We Can`t Stop` crooner said that Bieber has lots of money and should put it to use wisely, adding that he should buy a house, add a club to it and party there. (ANI)
