Ingredients
• 250g - maida
• 1 - egg
• 1 tsp - sugar
• Salt, a pinch
• 1/2 - coconut, scraped
Steps
1. Mix maida with cool water till soft and little watery.
2. Mix in the egg and salt.
3. Put a fry pan over the flame, spread a little oil and pour the mix.
4. After it is cooked, sprinkle coconut and sugar over it.
5. Roll and shallow fry again. Serve.
